Verse 1
O for a faith that will not shrink,
Tho' pressed by ev'ry foe,
But in the hour of grief or pain
Will lean upon its God.

Verse 2
This is incomprehensible
Yet will I fear no foe,
With God all things are possible
His words shall never fail.

Verse 3
Lord, give us such a faith as this
That faith that never fails
A faith that keeps the narrow way,
Till life's last spark is fled.
