Jesus cries out that ''I am come
I am come with great love''
My heart in answer says come Lord
And bring salvation nigh

Verse 2
Come, Thou and do Thy father's will
And glorify His name
Come, wake up Thy dead messengers
And quicken them once more

Verse 3
Come, Thou amidst Thy glorious throng
And take Thy own title
And bring back our full assembly
All to surround Thy throne

Verse 4
Our great Redeemer, come quickly
Make Thou the day draw near
Come quickly that our hearts faint not
When you tarry too long
