CAMP MEETING GUIDE FOR FOREIGN GUESTS
-
TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT
-
All foreign delegates are expected to register for the camp to enable PROTOCOL UNIT to capture their details and itinerary for reception at the airport. Details of registration process is given under section E below.
-
Only delegates from other WECA and outside WECA countries other than Benin Republic would be offered transportation to and from the campground.
-
All delegates are not to come for commercial purposes, neither should they come with too much luggage.
-
Missions department is to give the list and identity of intending campers from Francophone countries that would benefit from the transportation arrangements. The size of allowable luggage would be stated.
-
Foreign Delegates in Transit: Anthony Village facilities would be used as transit camp for delegates whose flight or vehicle would arrive Lagos after 12:00 noon and would not be able to join the church shuttle service to Faith city for that day. An achievable journey management plan is being put in place so that shuttles to the airport will be once per day.
