
REPORT ON 2025 OYO/OSUN/KWARA EASTER CAMP MEETING
(6TH APRIL -13TH APRIL 2025)
The 2025 Easter Campmeeting was held at Agbo-oba, Ilorin between the 6th and 13th of April, 2025 among Oyo, Osun and Kwara Areas. The District Superintendent was represented by Brother Kayode Ajiboye from WECA Headquarters. Also in attendance were Brother Funsho Shobowale, the Overseer of Oyo Area and his wife, Brother Abel Adedayo the Overseer of Osun Area, as well as Ministers and delegates from these areas. The presence of these Brethren brought remarkable joy and revival.
MINISTERS AND WORKERS CONFERENCE
Many of the brethren arrived on the church premises on Friday 4th April, 2025 for the Ministers and Workers conference, the registration of which commenced at 8:00am and the conference started at 10:00am. Brother Ajiboye delivered the greetings and wishes of Rev. Isaac Adigun and the Saints from the Lagos Headquarters. The Ministers and Workers conference was themed “Good Stewardship”. The significance of the Tent Pins was taught by the Oyo Area Overseer and the other sub themes were handled by Brothers Folorunsho Bolarinwa, Martthias Bamigbola, Isaac Aremu, Muyiwa Ayeni and Matthew Adewunmi respectively. The attendance at the conference was 224 (M = 103; F = 121)
SUNDAY SCHOOL SERVICES
The First Sunday School service held on 06 April 2025 and was opened with a programme staged by the Elementary Sunday School Children from Ilorin Zone. Their programme was anchored on 1 Kings 18:16-40 demonstrating how the fire of God came down and fell upon Elijah’s altar in obedience to God’s instructions. This act showed the Supremacy of the power of God and the efficacy of a repaired altar. The Adult lesson titled “Rebecca A Type Of The Bride Of Christ” was taught by Brother Tunde Agbaje from Omu Aran zone while the review was
handled by Brother Kayode Ajiboye who encouraged the church with two powerful testimonies which led the congregation to pray.
The second Sunday School Service held on 13th April 2025 was graced by the presentation of Omu Aran Zone Elementary Sunday School Children which focused on the story of Manasseh as contained in 2 Kings 21:1-17. it emphasized the necessity of true repentance, the restoration of the altar and true worship of the Lord.
The Adult lesson titled “The Boyhood Of Jesus” was taught by Sister Funmilayo Olaiya from Offa Zone and the lesson was reviewed by Brother Isaac Aremu. Everyone was charged to a deeper consecration and dedication to the things of God.
MORNING DEVOTIONAL SERVICES


The first Devotional Service held on 6th April started with the Choir and Orchestra presentations: “Samfox 2”, “How Firm Our Foundation” and “The Old Landmark”. The congregational singing was led by the Music Director Brother Zaccheus Adeyemi and the opening prayer by Brother Micheal Seidu from Jebba Zone.
The sermon titled “Come Let Us Repair the Altar of the Lord” was given by Brother Funsho Shobowale the Overseer of Oyo Area and this led the whole congregation to their knees.
The second morning devotional service held on 13th April 2025 started by featuring Choir presentations as: “Marching Beneath”, “From Salem’s Plain” and “The King Is Coming”. The sermon was given by the Kwara Area Overseer Brother. F.S. Fadipe titled “The Glorious Coming of Christ’. It was an heavenly provoking message which led everyone to their knees.
The peak attendance at devotional service was 1,113 (M = 509, F = 604)
EVENING REVIVAL AND EVANGELISTIC SERVICES
The first evening revival and evangelistic service held on Sunday 6th April started with presentations from the choristers: “Violin Solo”, “Showers Of Blessings” and “ I’ve Got The Old Time Religion in My Heart”. There was the congregational singing thereafter the congregational prayer was led by Sister Kate Shobowale from Oyo Area.
There were inspiring testimonies given by ministers on the platform and the word of exhortation titled “The Night of Spiritual Awakening” was given by Brother Dairo Folorunsho from Osun Area. This Sermon led sinners to the altars and saints also re-consecrated their lives to God.
Four other mid-week evening revival services were held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (7th – 10th April) which were all graced by the mighty outpouring of the power of God. The revivalists that God used were: Brother Folaranmi Michael, Brother Felix Olusi, Brother Odedokun Sunday and Brother Rufus Daramola respectively.
The peak attendance during the mid week revival services was: 550
BIBLE TEACHINGS (07TH -10TH APRIL 2025)
Bible teachings were held from Monday to Thursday of the Camp meeting period with these topics and teachers respectively:
Day 1. Three Steps - Brother Matthias Bamigbola Day 2. Prevailing Prayer - Brother Joseph Akanbi Day 3. Trial of Faith - Brother. Abel Adedayo Day 4. The Church Militant - Brother Kola Fashola
The teachings were inspired by the Holy Spirit which was evident at the altar services where people prayed through to victories.
The peak attendance during the Bible Teachings was: 414.
YOUTH SERVICES
There were three youth services held during the camp meeting period (Sunday, Wednesday and Friday) and all the services were mightily blessed. The young preachers were: Brother Emmanuel Adewale, Brother Jide Adebayo and Sister Joke Aina. God’s support on their ministration was revealed as blessings received were recorded.

ORDINANCE SERVICES


The water baptismal service was held on Friday 11th April 2025 in the church Auditorium with a short sermon delivered by Brother Matthew Adewumi. The service attendance was recorded at 326, a total number of 34 candidates were water baptized (11 Males, 23 Females) using the baptistery under the platform and the glory of God was revealed as those saints were baptized in obedience to Christ induction.
Later in the evening, instead of the usual evening service, the Ordinance Services of the Breaking of Bread and the Washing of the saint’s feet were held. At the end of the services, there were presentations of different songs by the saints of God which depicted the type of fellowship that the saints of God will enjoy in heaven. There was great joy among the saints of God.
There was a total of 247 saints in attendance made up of 105 males and 142 females.
CAMP MEETING CONCERT


On Sunday 13th April 2025, the evening of the second Sunday of the camp meeting, at exactly 5:00pm, the Choir and Orchestra of the Apostolic Faith Church, Kwara Area staged the campmeeting concert with the theme: “Easter Tidings” which featured inspiring songs depicting the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and embellished with some local airs.
The host of heaven descended and it was a glorious event. In attendance were seven traditional kings across Kwara State. It was a concert with a lasting rippling effect. Attendance at the concert was 772.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
- Entrepreneurship Programme: On Saturday 12th April 2025, the Youth Development Department anchored an entrepreneurial summit titled “Positioning For Global Relevance” presented by the key facilitator Brother Isaac Akinbobola from Ondo Area. It was a renewing of the mind programme which enlightened the young people on procedures to follow in order to excel in this present world.
- Seekers Night: Two nights (Tuesday and Thursday) were specially reserved for seekers to seek the face of God and pray through to victory which was adequately used by campers between the hours of 10pm to 12pm. The results of victories gotten from those times will linger till eternity.
