CAMPMEETING ACTIVITIES
MINISTERS AND WORKERS CONFERENCE
The Ministers and Workers conference was held on Friday, December 12, 2025, under the coordination of the Area Overseer, Rev. Solomon Okon. The same guide used at the last WECA Camp Meeting in Faith-City was used to engage the workers who were present at the conference. After the welcoming address from the Area Overseer of Calabar Area, a recorded presentation from the Superintendent-General, Rev. Olusola Adesope, on “Servant Leadership” was shown, exemplifying the call of a worker or minister and how he should view his role in serving God’s people. Other facilitators and their sessions were: Bro. Sylvester Asuquo – “A Good Gospel Worker”. Bro. Daniel Unoh presented on the topic ‘A Complete Sunday School Teacher’. ‘Social Media: Responsible Use & Some Tips’ was taken by Bro. Christian Uwem. Rev. David Ntui (Akamkpa Area Overseer) made a presentation on ‘Ministerial Identity’. Rev. Dealyn George talked on ‘Effective Discipleship / Reward’. The climax of the conference was a powerful presentation on the topic ‘Pulling Down Strongholds’ by Rev. Solomon Okon. The conference ended with a general prayer meeting. We had in attendance – 186 Males and 290 Females, which summed up to 476.
SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ CONFERENCE

The lessons of the 2nd Sunday School Teachers’ Conference on Saturday, December 20, 2025, were reviewed by Sis. Comfort Wonah (Elementary Lesson) and Bro. Emmanuel Ibitam for Adult Lesson, titled “The Birth of Jesus”.
CHARITY DAY
The Charity Day for this year’s Camp meeting was held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 1 pm to 3 pm at the Children’s Chapel. Clothes and food items were given out.
CHILDREN’S PROGRAMME
Our Child Development Unit (CDU) thrilled participants at the Camp meeting with inspiring songs and a playlet in each of the two Sunday services. It was a combined effort of one area each of these Sundays. The programmes highlighted the realities of God’s power in raising Lazarus from the dead and healing the woman with the issue of blood.
SUNDAY DEVOTIONAL SERVICES
The 1st Sunday Devotional Service was handled by the Calabar Area Overseer. It was titled “I Will Break The Yoke From off Thy Neck.” The sermon started with the Bible passage from Jeremiah 30:8, with emphasis made on Jesus the yoke breaker. Satan puts people into bondage of different yokes, but thank God, Jesus the yoke breaker is in the camp to break all yokes today, especially the strongest yoke of sin. The service had 1,820 people in attendance. The 2nd Sunday Devotional Service was handled by one of our Board Members and Overseer of Uyo Area, Rev. William Ekong. In a sermon titled “Total Liberation”, he read from John 8:34, 36. He pointed out that Jesus is the only one who can set people free from sin and whatever entanglement of life (Acts 4:12, Isaiah 49: 24, 25). No matter how long one has been under captivity, Jesus will deliver. A total of 2,364 persons were present at the service.
BIBLE TEACHINGS
It was a rich one-week Bible Teaching from Monday, December 15, 2025, on the topic ‘The Great Atonement for Sin’. The last Bible Teaching on Friday, December 19, 2025, was on the “RAPTURE OF THE TRUE CHURCH”.
EVENING REVIVAL AND EVANGELISTIC SERVICES
We had five (5) Revival/Evangelistic Services from Sunday, December 15th, to Tuesday, December 17th, to Friday, December 19th, 2025, and the Farewell Service on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 5:00 pm each day. Each of the days witnessed thrilling testimonies, inspiring sermons, and fruitful altar sessions.
YOUTH PROGRAMME
The young people were all part of the camp meeting, featuring in every unit of the work and engaging their fellow youths in their young people’s services. The Young People’s Services on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday were well-attended by the youths.
TESTIMONY SERVICES
Testimony periods were characterized by soul-lifting testimonies. Many testified of the power of God to deliver from sins and make one a new creature, sanctified and baptized with Holy Ghost and Fire, re-anointing, healing, and lots more. There were special cases of a baby whose bone was preserved after a car reversed and rolled the tyre on her leg in Mbukpa Station, and a sister delivered from the hands of a kidnapper in Ikang zone.
CAMPMEETING CONCERTS
The Camp meeting concert was held on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 5:00 pm. The Concert featured inspiring orchestration and songs like The Lord is A Man of War, Gloria in Excelsis, In my Heart Medley, Oh My Lord What A Time, and The Drummer Boy. 13 royal fathers led by His Royal Majesty, Prof. Itam Hogan Itam, Nyam Nnankor 1 JP, Muri Munene & Paramount Ruler of Efuts, President, Efut Traditional Rulers Council, made up a total attendance of 1,170, including dignitaries from the Academia, Legal Luminaries, Security Operatives, Civil Service, Federal Road Safety Corps, Government functionaries, Clergies, Royal Highnesses, and other captains of industry.
