2026 WECA CAMP MEETING

INFORMATION GUIDE FOR FOREIGN GUESTS


Dear Esteemed Delegate,


We warmly welcome you to the 2026 WECA Camp Meeting and are pleased to provide the following important information to facilitate your desired participation:

 

  1. Camp Meeting Duration and Theme
    This year’s WECA Camp Meeting will be held for two weeks: Sunday, August 9 – Sunday, August 23,
    2026 with the Theme: “SURELY, I COME QUICKLY”
    "He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus."(Revelation 22:20)

  2. Ministers and Workers Conference (Preceding Event):
    • Date: Friday, August 7, 2026
    • Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  3. Registration Instructions:
    Kindly register online via this link: 2026 WECA Camp Meeting – Foreign Guest Registration – Fill out form (starting June 28, 2026)
    • Please select the Non WECA Countries option when registering.
    • This ensures your registration is properly categorized.
    • Additional information may be collected from foreign delegates at the point of admission.

  4. Accommodation for Foreign Guests
    • Modest accommodation will be provided in dormitories for delegates arriving from the USA, Europe, Asia, and other regions outside WECA.
    • Paid lodging (limited rooms, first-come, first-served) is available at Crawford University Guest House and other church guest houses:
    o Single Bed: ₦15,000 per night
    o Double Bed: ₦20,000 per night

  6. Cafeteria and Canteen Services
    Delegates are encouraged to make adequate arrangements for meals and essentials during the camp.
    Cafeteria: Offers continental dishes at slightly higher rates.
    Canteen: Offers local specialties at affordable prices.

  7. Transportation Arrangements
    • Registered international delegates will benefit from limited transportation from the airport.
    • Delegates should not travel for commercial purposes.
    • Airline luggage limits must be strictly observed.

    Transit Accommodation: Delegates arriving in Lagos after 12:00 noon and unable to join the same-day shuttle to  Faith City may stay overnight at the Anthony Village Transit Camp.
    Shuttle Services: Morning Shuttle: 8:00 AM & Afternoon Shuttle: 3:30 PM (Requests will be grouped within these timeframes; exceptions handled case-by-case. Delegates will receive updated shuttle schedules before departure for Nigeria).
    o Car Hire Services: Flexible, direct transfer to Faith City is available via approved private vendors (at delegate’s cost).

  8. Business Transactions
    • Delegates are expected to focus on the spiritual objectives of the camp meeting.
    • Business transactions on the campground are not permitted.
    Essential Purchases:
    • Cash vouchers issued by Treasury for use at approved sales points.
    • POS terminals available for electronic transactions.
    • No cash transactions permitted on the campground.
