The Church witnessed a phenomenal growth during his tenure of  office in its branch network and membership, not only in Nigeria but also  in Africa. As a missionary, the call of duty took him to many states in  Nigeria as well as many other countries, including the Republic of Benin,  Ghana, Liberia, Cote D'Ivoire, Cameroon, Zimbabwe and Zambia. He  also embarked on missionary journeys to South Africa, Kenya, Congo,  Kinshasa, Gabon, the United Kingdom, Norway, Israel and USA.
