The Apostolic Faith claims for its doctrinal heritage the Word of God as taught by the Apostles, and as expounded by the early church fathers.

In looking back upon the doctrines of those early Christian forefathers of different denominations, it is interesting to note that with few exceptions their teachings were in agreement, especially regarding the denunciation of sin and the plan of salvation.

This organization has never discounted one doctrine brought to light by any Christian leader, providing that teaching stood the test of comparison with the Scriptures. And to those holy men of old--preachers of righteousness—known the world over, due credit is given for their part in furnishing a solid doctrinal foundation for the building of this evangelistic work, which incorporates ALL the fundamental doctrines found in the Word of God.
