The correspondence office now occupies a large area at the front of the building. Adjoining it are ministers' offices, rooms for the mimeograph and filing departments and editorial staff, a music room, a large chapel used for prayer before services and music rehearsals afterwards. The annex takes care of the mailing department and the large printing plant.

The deep, spacious basement provides space for great quantities of supplies, a room for the engraving department, a dark room with a huge camera, a readers' room for foreign and domestic mail, a small library, and a lunchroom - usually filled to capacity.
