A couple who came into the city to visit their son noticed the sign from their bus. They previously had been going from one church to another seeking spiritual satisfaction. They attended the services at Sixth and Burnside Street and found what their souls had been craving.

When they returned to their home in Idaho, they told their daughters of a place where the Gospel was preached in its fullness and power. Their daughters and families are serving God in The Apostolic Faith today and the grandson, who lives in Portland, is a Christian worker and musician at the headquarters.
